Bible Athlete Privacy
Last updated: May 26, 2026
This page explains, at a high level, what information Bible Athlete currently uses to operate the app. It is meant to describe the product as it exists today without promising more than the service actually provides.
Account and Profile Data
We may collect account and profile information you provide or confirm when using Bible Athlete, such as your email address, login account details, display or onboarding information, and basic profile details used to personalize the app experience.
This can include information such as your name, display name or handle where applicable, onboarding status, goals, time commitment, and similar app-setup choices.
Subscription and Plan Data
We store plan and access information needed to operate Free Preview, Pro, and Family Pro features. This can include plan status, subscription state, family access state, and related entitlement records, including legacy plan values retained for backward compatibility.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Bible Athlete does not store full card numbers on its own servers.
Training and Progress Data
Bible Athlete uses training and progress data to run core product features. This can include XP, streaks, session progress, training attempts, progress or mastery records, weekly XP, and leaderboard-related data where future leaderboard features are active.
We use this information to power your learning experience, manage access rules, show progress, and improve product reliability.
Family Data
If you use a family plan, Bible Athlete may store family membership information, owner or member roles, invitation details, invite status, household access state, and family accountability data used by the product.
Support and Feedback Data
If you contact us through the feedback form, we may store the email address you provide, category, subject, message, route or context fields, and limited technical context such as browser user agent information where captured for support operations.
Bible Athlete does not currently collect screenshot uploads through the public support flow.
Question Report Data
If you report a Training Arena question issue, we may store the report reason, optional note, question or training item identifiers, session context, route or mode context, and your logged-in user identifier when available.
Email Delivery
Bible Athlete may use third-party email delivery providers, including Resend, for product emails such as family invites and other account-related communication supported by the app.
Cookies and Local Storage
Bible Athlete currently uses essential and functional storage for login, session security, preferences, and app functionality. This includes auth or session cookies used by Supabase and localStorage usage for preferences or app-state helpers such as sound, language, and similar product behavior.
For a plain-language overview, see our Cookies page.
Analytics
Bible Athlete does not currently run public visitor analytics, ad pixels, or other non-essential analytics tracking on the public site. If that changes later, we should update our notices and controls alongside that change.
Service Providers
Bible Athlete relies on service providers to operate the app. These may include Supabase for authentication and database infrastructure, Stripe for payments, Resend for email delivery, and hosting or infrastructure providers needed to serve the app.
We may share data with those providers only as needed to operate the product and support the services they perform for us.
