Bible Athlete Terms of Service

Bible Athlete is operated by Bible Athlete LLC in the United States. References to "Bible Athlete," "we," "our," and "us" in these Terms mean Bible Athlete LLC.

By creating an account, using the Free Preview, subscribing to Pro, accessing the public site, or otherwise using Bible Athlete, you agree to these Terms and to the related policies linked from this page.

If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.

Individual Bible Athlete accounts are for users age 13 or older. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use your account.

Children under 13 may use Bible Athlete only under adult supervision through the adult's account. Bible Athlete does not currently offer individual accounts or managed child accounts for children under 13.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens through your account. Use accurate information, keep your email current, and contact support if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We may ask you to verify your identity before helping with sensitive account, billing, export, or deletion requests.

Bible Athlete currently offers Free Preview and Pro. Free Preview lets you complete one Training Day and use the Day 1 Quest samples with no payment required. Bible Athlete Pro is $9.99/month for new subscriptions.

Feature scope and access levels shown on pricing and checkout surfaces are part of how these plans are presented to users.

Bible Athlete Pro is $9.99 per month for new subscriptions. Billing begins immediately after successful checkout and renews monthly until canceled. Cancel anytime in Settings -> Billing; Pro access continues through the end of the current paid billing period. Existing subscriptions remain on the price accepted at checkout unless Bible Athlete intentionally changes that subscription. The prices, renewal terms, taxes, and other terms shown at checkout control the transaction.

Pro is a monthly subscription that renews automatically each billing period until canceled. By starting Pro, you authorize recurring monthly charges for the applicable subscription price and taxes, if any.

Cancel anytime from Settings -> Billing. Cancellation prevents future renewal, and Pro access continues through the end of your current paid billing period.

If you need help reaching billing management or believe there is a billing issue, contact support. Support can assist with access problems, but these Terms do not create a broader refund promise.

When you cancel Pro, your paid access continues through the end of your current paid billing period. After that period ends, your account returns to the access level then available for non-paying users unless you resubscribe.

Canceling Pro stops future subscription renewal but does not delete your Bible Athlete account. Requesting account deletion does not automatically cancel an active Pro subscription. Cancel Pro first under Settings -> Billing, then contact support if you also want to request account deletion.

Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Support may help investigate billing errors or checkout issues, but Bible Athlete does not promise discretionary, accidental-purchase, or prorated refunds in these Terms.

If a payment fails, is interrupted, or cannot be completed, Bible Athlete may limit paid features, ask you to update billing details in billing management, retry billing where appropriate, or prevent duplicate paid access until billing is resolved.

Temporary payment or activation issues do not guarantee permanent Pro access.

Bible Athlete is a growing Bible training service. Launch includes the 61-day Pentateuch Training track, and not every planned annual day, Quest, book, language, family feature, community feature, or artwork set is available at launch.

Coming Soon labels identify unfinished features. At launch, not every planned annual day, Quest, book, language, family feature, community feature, or artwork set is available. Family plans, community features, and other future experiences may remain hidden, paused, or incomplete while we continue building the service.

Use Bible Athlete lawfully, respectfully, and in line with its purpose as a Bible training service. Do not try to break the service, abuse other users, scrape protected content, interfere with billing or security systems, create misleading handles, or use the service for spam, harassment, hate, threats, or impersonation.

Follow our Community Guidelines for handle and community-surface expectations.

You may provide private content such as your account details, support messages, verse selections, Verse Memory notes or entries, answers, and requested handles. You keep your rights to content you submit, but you give Bible Athlete permission to host, process, and use it as needed to run, secure, review, support, and improve the service.

This does not make your private submissions public by default.

If you send suggestions, bug reports, support messages, question reports, or product feedback, Bible Athlete may use that input to operate and improve the service without owing compensation to you.

Bible Athlete's software, design, branding, training structure, text selection, artwork, audio, and other platform materials are owned by Bible Athlete LLC or used with permission. Except for your limited right to use the service under these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

Bible Athlete may add, remove, pause, replace, or update features, plan details, content, and policies over time. We may also perform maintenance, respond to incidents, or pause access when needed for safety, reliability, or product changes.

We may restrict, suspend, or close access to Bible Athlete if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect users, prevent abuse or fraud, respond to legal obligations, investigate security issues, or enforce these Terms and related policies.

Bible Athlete is a faith-based learning and training service. It is provided on an as-available basis, and availability, content completeness, pace of feature delivery, and uninterrupted access are not guaranteed.

Bible Athlete is not a substitute for pastoral, educational, medical, legal, or financial advice.

To the extent allowed by applicable law, Bible Athlete LLC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these Terms as Bible Athlete changes. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page and publish the revised version here.
